Pixdoc privacy.
Last updated: 31 May 2026 · Effective for all releases from v1.0.0 onwards.
In short: Photos, edits, and conversions all happen on your phone. The free version shows AdMob ads and may offer optional in-app purchases. No cloud sync, no analytics, no third-party SDKs beyond what Google requires for ads and billing.

1. Who we are
Pixdoc is published by Kaliki Labs, an independent mobile-app studio based in Andhra Pradesh, India, founded by Yuva Krishna Kaliki and Jayakrishnaa Kaliki. The app's package name on Google Play is com.tools.pdfimage.pdf_tools_app.
2. What stays on your device, always
The following never leave your phone and are never sent to us or to any server:
- Source photos, videos and audio that you import or capture
- Edited copies, batch-converted outputs and compressed files
- EXIF metadata you choose to strip before sharing
- Folder structures, recently-used presets, app preferences
- Any in-app project state (crops, rotations, resize values)
Pixdoc does not include cloud sync, user accounts, login or any backend of our own. The Internet is only used for ads (free version) and for Google Play Billing receipt validation if you make an in-app purchase.
3. Google AdMob (advertising)
The free version of Pixdoc will display banner and interstitial ads via the Google Mobile Ads SDK. AdMob collects the same data it does for SmartScan:
- Android Advertising ID, resettable in your device settings
- Device model, OS version, language, country, coarse network info
- App version and ad-request metadata
- Approximate IP-based location, country / city level only
You can opt out of personalised ads in Settings → Privacy → Ads on your phone. AdMob's data handling is governed by Google's privacy policy.
4. Google Play Billing (in-app purchases)
Pixdoc includes Google Play Billing for optional in-app purchases, for example, removing ads or unlocking premium features. When you make a purchase:
- The transaction is processed by Google Play, not by Kaliki Labs.
- Google receives your account, billing and device information per Google's privacy policy.
- Pixdoc receives only a purchase receipt token from Google to unlock the corresponding feature on your device.
- We do not store your payment details, card information, or any personally identifying purchase metadata on any server we run.
5. Permissions
The full list of permissions Pixdoc requests, taken directly from the v1.0.0 manifest:

6. Sharing (always user-initiated)
When you tap "Share" or "Export", Pixdoc uses Android's native share sheet to hand your file to whichever app you pick. After you share, the receiving app's privacy policy applies, we do not control or monitor what happens next.
7. Children's privacy
Pixdoc is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. The app contains no chat or social features. If a parent or guardian has questions, please email us.
8. Your rights & deletion
- All app data lives only on your phone. Uninstalling Pixdoc removes it from your device, there is no server-side copy to delete.
- To reset advertising data: Settings → Privacy → Ads on your phone.
- To request a refund or delete a purchase, use the Google Play app's order history.
- For data collected by Google AdMob or Google Play Billing, refer to Google's privacy policy.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be flagged in the app's release notes.
